Dear Senator Obama,

Thank you for daring to speak up about the HIV/AIDS crisis and the threat that it poses to our loved ones, to our communities, and to our nation.   It is my hope that, if elected, you will make a comprehensive effort to prevent the further spread of HIV/AIDS, and that your effort will include an open discussion of all methods of prevention, including consistent and correct use of condoms.

• I believe that everyone deserves factual, comprehensive and easily accessible information about sexual health and non-discriminatory access to safer sex products.

• I believe that everyone should be empowered to make their own informed, responsible and respected decisions about their sexual health and sexuality.

• I believe that in order to forge a healthy sexual relationship, safety must be discussed first.

I hope that you support my actions and as President, will share my commitment to an open discussion about developing a comprehensive plan comprehensive and cooperative efforts to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS.
